Position Summary:
The Bilingual Clinic Director oversees clinical and operational aspects of delivering Autism
intervention, including supervising clinical staff and administrative staff, implementing
procedures/processes, training, and quality control for Autism intervention. Creates standards and
guidelines for behavioral care services and programs. Oversees the treatment of and works directly
with clients with autism spectrum disorder or related conditions.
Education and Experience:
● Master’s Degree and licensure in Behavior Analysis
● Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certificate required
● Wisconsin Licensed Behavior Analyst required
● WI 4,000 hours supervising clinicians providing Autism intervention required
● Bilingual Spanish/English

Essential Duties and Functions:
Includes the following and other duties as assigned by supervisor
● Supervise an average of 150 clinical hours not to exceed 300 clinical hours on full case load
(clinical hour expectations may vary depending on staffing volume and center specific client
volume. Associate Clinic Director will collaborate with Director of Autism Services on caseload
expectations to ensure alignment with center needs)
● Independently conduct assessments, devise individual goals, write treatment plans and monitor
outcomes for clients
● Build relationships with clients and their families, ensuring an open line of communication with
families about treatment progress, concerns or revisions
● Provide one on one direct service to clients and their families
● Educate and train families about effective evidence-based behavior management techniques
● Independently address and resolve concerns from families about treatment or delivery of services
● Supervise, observe, coach, and mentor clinical staff on clinical and behavioral competencies
● Supervise and mentor administrative staff
● Maintain an accurate record of services delivered, time worked, and mileage/expenses incurred
● Manage accurate record keeping of all supervised clinicians providing intervention to clients
● Assess the individual and develop a Functional Analysis and Positive Behavior Support Plan
● Train all clinicians providing intervention to clients to collect data in order to track progress
● Conduct Lead meetings with the family and other involved professionals. Provide communication
(email/phone) with people involved as necessary
● Be responsible for each client’s intervention plan including any allegations of HIPAA violations,
abuse or fraud
● Be responsible for prior authorizations, proper documentation, accurate billing codes and
insurance authorization documentation

● Responsible to maintain and keep current licensure and credentials required for the position
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Is responsible for the overall supervision, direction, coordination, and evaluation of an intervention
team and the administrative staff at the clinic. Independently carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems independently.
● Supervise clinical staff in the delivery of Autism intervention, from both a managerial and clinical
perspective
● Supervise, observe, coach, and mentor clinical staff on clinical and behavioral competencies
● Independently conduct performance reviews of clinical staff and recommend pay increases
consistent with established guidelines
● Independently address performance concerns with clinical staff and administer discipline
consistent with Ignite policy
● Serve as an escalation point for resolution of client concerns regarding delivery of Autism
intervention
● Train and develop staff and communicate changes in process, program, or policy to them in order
to ensure operations run smoothly and efficiently
● Partner with intake staff to assess clients and assign cases to clinical staff based on current
caseload and client needs
● Oversee effective hiring, staffing, and scheduling to ensure delivery of quality services

● Must be able to assume and maintain a variety of postures (kneeling, squatting, crawling, sitting,
standing) for extended periods of time
● Must be physically present at the assigned job location, which may include home, school, and
community placements
● Must have reliable transportation and be willing and able to travel between different job sites
● Must have a valid Driver’s License & Auto insurance

● Responsible for completing and maintaining all required certifications and trainings once
