Architect / BIM Coordinator / 3D Renderer – Temp-to-Perm Opportunity | Corporate & Retail Architecture

Our client provides high-end architectural and interior design services to a select group of corporate and retail clients. Their work is detail-driven, collaborative, and known for both technical rigor and creative excellence.

Opportunity:

This is an exciting temp-to-perm opportunity to join a forward-thinking design studio at the crossroads of BIM coordination and 3D visualization . You’ll support the in-house team by managing BIM standards, streamlining coordination, and producing compelling 3D renderings.

Perfect for someone who’s equal parts technically sharp and visually creative—and ready to grow into a long-term role.

What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate with the BIM team to uphold and refine BIM standards
• Coordinate Revit models across disciplines for seamless design execution
• Work with in-house visualizers to create high-quality 3D renderings using Revit or equivalent tools
• Contribute to projects in corporate, retail, and residential architecture

What You Bring:

• Proficiency in Revit and a strong grasp of BIM workflows
• Prior experience in corporate, retail, or residential design
• Ability to manage BIM standards and drive efficiency in coordination
• Rendering skills using Revit or other advanced 3D software

Education:

Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field

Compensation:

• $35–$40/hour , depending on experience
• Hourly pay for every hour worked
• Potential for permanent placement
